The account and form IDs are read from the script; a static form also needs its
<div id="f-…">.
How forms are displayed
Static form: rendered directly inside the dashed preview area below.
Popup form: appears as an overlay in the centre of the page.
Slider form (Vysouvací lišta): slides in from the bottom or side of the page, depending on its settings.
Important: a form with display conditions (e.g. show after 10 seconds) may not appear immediately. The ?ecmwdebug parameter is added automatically to bypass these conditions for testing.
Note: other targeting on the form (certain URLs or pages, user interactions, other criteria) can keep it hidden in this previewer even with debug mode on.
